Simply boil your water in your regular kettle (or any other appropriate piece of kitchenware), then pour it into the Air Kettle when you’re ready to begin pouring.
* Because the Air has an open top, it will lose some heat during the process of brewing. Our suggestion is to pre-heat it, if possible, and fill it with water at the maximum available temperature (straight off the boil). Plan to use the water as soon as possible to avoid the temperature dropping too much for optimal extraction.
